Kaelyn Benham is a business owner, wife, and mother of four beautiful children (10, 8, 6, and 20 months) who lives in South Florida. Kaelyn is a certified Life and Leadership Coach with a degree in Social Work and Psychology. Immersed in the corporate world, she flourished in the Professional Development department where she taught DiSC, Thought Diversity, and Values-Based Living as well as spiritual gifts (S.H.A.P.E.) at churches. Since becoming a certified coach, she has been coaching both individuals and organizations since 2012 and has written curriculum on the topics of Connection, Identity, Finding Your Voice, Claiming Your Personal Power, Uncovering Your Dreams, and Changing Parents’ Perspective on their Kids.

She’s worked with multi-million dollar organizations to create culture change through Head to Heart Leadership and executive and entrepreneurial women with the desire to fully express themselves in business and at home.
