As a Master Certified Coach, I specialize in Leadership & Executive Coaching.

As a Master Certified Coach, I specialize in Leadership & Executive Coaching. While this is my specialty, the truth is I don’t believe in one-size fits all coaching. Real people simply don’t work that way. I am recognized for taking a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to coaching and development planning. I partner with high achievers to help them identify and work through the root cause of their challenges – not just the symptoms. I do this by helping leaders accept where they are right now, uncover their limiting beliefs and fears, understand what they want next, and then challenge them to make courageous choices.

Leaders who want to lead differently tend to see the greatest results as they are ready to be fearless in their growth, inciting their team to become more effective, engaged, and fulfilled in the workplace. This takes being vulnerable and honest as we work together, looking inwards to make positive and tangible changes in both your professional and personal environments.

With over 15 years experience in coaching, mentoring, gap analysis, and strategic development, my insatiable drive to learn new concepts allows me to provide expertise in the bigger picture of leadership paired with the nuances of your organizational context.

Among the many accolades, appointments, and partnerships I’ve achieved, one of my most significant and rewarding accomplishments is volunteering with the Calgary Youth Justice Society, helping to build leaders out of at-risk youth – enhancing their strengths, not weaknesses.

Credentials aside, when I’m not working with inspiring leaders, you can find me being a wife, mom, fearless skier, and aspiring golfer. I also have an awesome golden retriever named Molly.

”I help leaders and executives figure out what’s truly important to become more strategic and personally fulfilled so they can do their highest and best work.”
